Rules for using the Cekin Amber online store

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for placing orders and concluding sales contracts through the Cekin Amber online store at cekinamber.com.

Seller

The store is operated by Ismail Hakki Cekin under the name Cekin Amber, as an unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) at ul. 2 Morskiego Pułku Strzelców 18C/44, Gdynia, Poland. Contact: Ismail_Hakki@cekinamber.com, +48 516 749 554.

Orders and Conclusion of Contract

Product information on the website is an invitation to conclude a contract, not a binding offer. A sales contract is concluded when you place an order by clicking the button marked 'Order with obligation to pay' and we confirm acceptance of your order by email.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and are total prices for the consumer. The seller benefits from a VAT exemption, so no VAT is added separately. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and costs are shown before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the European Union (for example Turkey, the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia), the recipient may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges, which are not included in our prices.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. Full details and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Returns & Withdrawal policy.

Complaints

If the goods are defective or not as described, you may submit a complaint by email to Ismail_Hakki@cekinamber.com. We will consider your complaint and respond without undue delay.

Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including consumer mediation and the permanent consumer arbitration courts run by the regional inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Use of these methods is voluntary for both parties.

Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law and the applicable EU consumer-protection rules apply. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted by law. We may amend these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
