Your Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you indicated, take physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several separate items, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw — by email to Ismail_Hakki@cekinamber.com or by post to our address — before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example custom-made or engraved pieces.

Complaints (Liability for Non-conformity)

Separately from the right of withdrawal, if the goods you receive are defective or do not match their description, you may file a complaint. We are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods under the applicable consumer-protection rules. Please contact us at Ismail_Hakki@cekinamber.com and we will respond without undue delay.
